Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorise par le Ministere francais de l'Economie, des Finances et du Travail et qui permet a Airbus d'offrir a de jeunes professionnels la possibilite d'acquerir une experience remuneree et valorisante a l'etranger, dans un metier technique ou commercial.


Le programme VIE est un contrat specifique, en vertu des criteres d'eligibilite de Business France.


Principaux criteres d'exigibilite du VIE :


o Etre citoyen(ne) de l'Union Europeenne (plus Norvege, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplome(e) age(e) de 28 ans maximum.


o Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays.

Ce role couvrira toutes les divisions du Groupe, Airbus Commercial, Helicopters et Defence and Space. Vous rejoindrez le departement International et reporterez au "Head of Business Growth" pour la region Afrique et Moyen Orient (AME).


Le "Head of Business Growth" a pour mission de representer Airbus dans la region AME, de mener les initiatives de developpement commercial au niveau regional et d'etablir un reseau solide et influent de partenaires et de decideurs cles au sein d'un portefeuille de pays de la Region.


Missions et responsabilites :


Vous serez en charge des activites principales suivantes :


Effectuer une veille informationnelle sur les opportunites dans les pays vises. Elaborer des strategies visant a dynamiser le developpement commercial en Afrique et au Moyen-Orient:


+ identifier les acteurs cles pour les potentiels de vente
+ comprendre les mecanismes de decision
+ developper le reseau avec ces acteurs cle
+ analyser les actions concurrentielles
Coordonner les actions pertinentes en soutien a la mise en oeuvre de la strategie de developpement commercial dans le pays; Preparer, tenir a jour, les notes et autres documents de synthese pour informer et soutenir les prises de decision.
Des deplacements professionnels dans la region Afrique et Moyen-Orient sont a prevoir dans le cadre de ce role.


Competences requises


Vous avez les experiences et les competences suivantes :


Capacite a developper un reseau et bonne gestion des parties prenantes; Une experience prealable dans la creation de strategies commerciales serait appreciee; Competences en communication et en negociation; Vous etes autonome et capable de travailler en equipe et dans un environnement multiculturel; Vous avez un esprit federateur et d'entreprenariat.
En outre, vous etes en mesure de demontrer les competences suivantes :


Anglais professionnel oral et ecrit La maitrise du Francais et/ou de l'Arabe serait un plus.

Description of the job


The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.


The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria.


VIE Main Requirements:


o European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old


o Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any

A VIE to

Support Strategies for Business Development in Africa and the Middle East

has arisen within Airbus in

Dubai

. It will cover Airbus Commercial, Helicopters and Defence and Space. You will join the International department reporting to the Head of Business Growth for AME.


The Head of Business Growth is responsible for representing Airbus in the AME region, driving regional business development, and building a strong, actionable network of key stakeholders and decision-makers within a designated portfolio of countries.


Tasks & accountabilities


Your main tasks will include:


Gathers information on political and competitive trends Prepares strategies that will enhance the business development in Africa and the Middle:


+ Identify the key actors for potential sales
+ Understand decision-making mechanisms
+ Develop the network linked to these main actors
+ Competitive analysis
Coordinates relevant actions in support to the implementation of the business development strategy in the country Consolidates monthly brief, or ad-hoc updates when relevant
This role may involve some travel for business in the Africa & Middle East region.


Required skills


You have the following skills and experience:


Ability to build network and good stakeholder management Previous experience in creating business strategy would be appreciated Communication and negotiation skills You are autonomous and able to work within a team and in a multicultural environment You have an entrepreneurship mindset and you demonstrate ability to rally
in addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills:


Language Skills: Fluent in English required, French highly appreciated. Arabic would be a plus
