• Support in responding to different client requests
• Support in identifying the best in class ETFs for client according to specific client requirements and conditions
• Conduct competitor analysis and client mapping reports by extracting sales intelligence from public available sources for facilitation of sales activities and formulation of sales strategy
• Mapping of the Wealth & Distribution ETFs users in the Middle and Africa region

2- Marketing

• Maintenance of Sales databases, including input of sales contact and meeting notes into the central Client Relationship Management tool (MyCRM)
• Collecting marketing material produced by the various investment centers throughout Amundi Group, perform a consistency check, and adding the local disclaimer
• Coordinate with the various internal teams and the Sales team on the organization of and agenda drafting for client visits to Amundi's investment offices
• Participate in the organization of client events (maintaining invitation lists, etc.)
