TEAM AND SCOPEThe Digital Marketing, CRM and e-Businessteam is part of Parfums Christian Dior Orient, based in Dubai, and oversees the Digital Media, CRM, e-Retail and e-Commerce strategy at a regional level for 31 countries.Reporting into the CRM Manager, the CRM Coordinatorrole requires efficient project co-ordination across both the Headquarters teams based in Paris and the regional Middle-Eastern markets (being subsidiaries or agents) to align on implementation of CRM projects & campaigns that reinforce the desirability of Dior and drive customer Loyalty. RESPONSABILITIESAs CRM Coordinator, your main mission will be to co-ordinate Local CRM projects to enhance Dior's customer loyalty and develop strong CRM activations, particularly within the GCC market. Your main responsibilities will be focused on: Co-ordinate and deploy CRM & Clientelling communications with the help of the CRM Manager, using tools such as: Google Cloud, Adobe Campaign and Power Bi. Work on content creation, campaigns and data flow targeting setup.Work closely with central HQ to identify and enhance automated email cycles per country, while ensuring loyalty programme communications and general commercial communications are deployed in a timely manner.With the CRM Manager, report on yearly/monthly CRM KPIs and action plans per Market / Boutique.Build monthly KPI dashboards per market and specific post-campaign reports (sales analysis, reporting and competition review).Present insights to each market and develop immediate action plans and campaign activations to help boost footfall and repeat customer purchases.Extract data when required to identify customer segments and communicate these to Boutiques with relevant action plan.Forecast and co-ordinate the ordering of the CRM gifts and GWPs based on communication plan and monitor their usage across the region. Set targets pre-gifting and report back on the impact of these initiatives. Identify opportunities for improvement.Work closely with CRM Manager on coordinating and deploying core CRM projects such as the Loyalty Program, in-boutique customer relationship tools (Dior Connect), Data integration projects, Data use-cases projects and more. Throughout this mission, you will have the opportunity to develop the following competencies: CRM project management in several multi-faceted regions from Middle-East to Africa and Turkey.Develop an understanding of V-VIC customer behaviours in one of the most affluent regions, with some of the highest spending clients in the world.Enhance reporting and communication skills, learning to deal with multiple stakeholders in both HQ and locally.Work across multiple CRM tools and have the freedom to test and learn from campaign activations and predictive segmentation trials.
