Job Description
- Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Analysis.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or business analysis.
- Previous exposure to skincare, makeup, fragrance, or haircare categories is an advantage.
- Fluent in English is mandatory.
- Advanced Excel skills required; experience with planning tools or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan) is a plus.
- Experience working with retailers such as Sephora or other prestige distributors is highly valued.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Highly organized, proactive, and analytical, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working across cultures, time zones, and global teams.
