We are Hiring: Videographer Who Shoots Like a Pro and Thinks Like a Creative Genius

We are looking for a highly creative and motivated

Videographer/Photographer

to join our corporate marketing team!

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 to 3 year hands on experience in creating captivating, story driven video content in the UAE.

You will be responsible for the end to end production process from concept development and pre production planning to filming, editing, and delivering visually compelling content that aligns with our corporate brands' tone and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

? Conceptualize, plan, and produce high quality video and photo content for corporate campaigns

? Execute pre production plans including storyboarding, scripting, location scouting, and shot planning.

? Capture and edit videos for multiple platforms (social media, website and internal communications).

? Integrate VFX, CGI, and motion graphics to elevate content quality.

? Stay on top of current trends in reels, short form video, UGC, and VSL content, and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.

? Confidently participate in on camera or behind the scenes segments when needed being energetic and comfortable in front of the lens.

? Work closely with the Digital Marketer and Social Media Manager under the corporate group to cover diverse projects and shoots.

? Manage post production workflows, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency.

? Maintain proper organization and backup of footage, assets, and project files.

Requirements:

? Proven experience and video portfolio as a Videographer/Photographer, ideally worked on multiple brands

? Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut.

? Strong understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and color grading.

? Experience with CGI and VFX integration in video content.

? Ability to produce UGC style and VSL content for social platforms.

? Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.

? Creative mindset with the ability to adapt concepts to multiple formats.
