This role requires an individual with a keen eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for visual storytelling, particularly in real estate marketing.
Key Responsibilities
:
Property Photography & Videography
:
Capture high-quality images and videos of residential and commercial properties, including interiors, exteriors, and lifestyle shots to highlight property features.
Edit and enhance photos and videos using professional software, ensuring they meet brand standards.
Deliver engaging content that visually represents the property's best qualities for online listings, social media, and promotional materials.
Video Tours & Walkthroughs
:
Plan, direct, and film video tours and property walkthroughs, ensuring smooth transitions and clear visuals to create an immersive experience for potential clients.
Marketing & Branding Support
:
Work with the marketing team to create visual content that aligns with the company's branding and marketing strategies.
Develop promotional videos for company events, social media campaigns, and client testimonials.
Assist in producing virtual tours, 360-degree videos, and other innovative digital content to enhance the client experience.
Equipment Management
:
Maintain all photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio equipment, ensuring they are always in good working condition.
Stay updated with new technologies, software, and techniques to continuously improve the quality of visual content.
Collaboration
:
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to understand the visual needs of specific properties and tailor shoots to capture unique selling points.
Work closely with real estate agents to schedule shoots and ensure deadlines are met.
Post-Production
:
Edit videos to include property details, transitions, background music, and voice-overs if necessary.
Ensure fast delivery of edited content to the marketing team for timely publication on digital platforms.
Qualifications & Skills
:
Technical Skills
:
Proficient in using professional cameras (DSLR, mirrorless), lighting setups, and other videography/photography equipment.
Advanced skills in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Creativity
: Strong portfolio demonstrating a creative eye and attention to detail, with experience capturing both interior and exterior real estate photography and videography.
Time Management
: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Communication
: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Flexibility
: Willingness to travel within Abu Dhabi for shoots and adapt to flexible working hours, including weekends when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
