We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented

Videographer & Editor

to join our team at

. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in creating high-quality video content with a strong focus on

real estate videography

. You will be responsible for shooting and editing property tours, promotional videos, marketing campaigns, and social media content that showcase our properties and brand.

Key Responsibilities

Shoot and edit professional video content for property walkthroughs, client testimonials, corporate events, and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop creative video concepts that highlight property features and lifestyle experiences. Operate professional video, audio, drone, and lighting equipment. Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve). Add voiceovers, graphics, music, and animations to enhance storytelling. Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.). Stay updated on real estate videography trends and new creative techniques. Manage multiple projects while delivering on time.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Videographer/Editor (portfolio required).

Real estate videography experience preferred.

Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve). Strong knowledge of camera handling, lighting, framing, and audio recording. Drone shooting and aerial videography skills are a strong plus. Ability to tell compelling stories through visuals. Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and motion graphics is an advantage. Ability to work independently and within a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in shooting and editing property listings, lifestyle shots, and community videos. Understanding of social media content trends and optimization. Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator) are a bonus.
