Key Responsibilities:
Capture professional video footage of residential and commercial real estate properties.
Create video walkthroughs, drone footage, lifestyle videos, and agent promos.
Edit raw footage into polished videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Work closely with real estate agents, marketing teams, and clients to understand project needs.
Add music, voiceovers, titles, motion graphics, and branding elements to videos.
Maintain and manage video equipment, ensuring it is in top working condition.
Schedule and coordinate shoots, sometimes including evenings and weekends.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, camera techniques, and post-production styles.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a videographer, preferably in real estate or architectural settings.
Proficient with professional cameras (DSLR, mirrorless, drone, gimbal, etc.).
Solid knowledge of video editing software and post-production workflow.
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
