Collaborate closely with stakeholders to refine video content based on performance data, driving increased views and conversion rates.
Effectively plan and structure workflows, set milestones, and adapt to changing requirements to optimize efficiency.
Oversee the final product's consumption and production quality, ensuring it meets the required standards.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher with a strong foundation in English. Minimum two years of experience in short video copywriting, direction, and shooting, with proficiency in photography, lighting, and video production techniques.
Preference for candidates with experience in independently executing video projects.
Strong creativity and conceptual planning skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Familiarity with the entire short video production and post-production process.
Good understanding of new media platforms, with a keen eye for aesthetic trends and a strong imaginative mindset.
Proficient in identifying trending topics and capturing the pulse of the internet, demonstrating creativity and a bold, challenging approach.
Knowledge of the short video self-media industry, with the ability to explore new platforms and propose operational improvements.
