2-3 years of full-time experience in a social media agency (no freelancers).
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and DaVinci Resolve.
Strong understanding of videography techniques and equipment.
Creative, detail-oriented, and excellent communicator.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work flexible hours.
