The ideal candidate will have a strong visual sensibility, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to manage the full video production process from concept development to final editing and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and edit professional video content for a range of uses, including promotional materials, digital campaigns, corporate communications, events, and social media platforms.
Collaborate with internal departments to develop video concepts that align with brand and messaging guidelines.
Manage all aspects of video production, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, lighting, sound recording, and post-production editing.
Maintain and manage video equipment, ensuring all gear is in proper working condition.
Organize and archive all video footage and related assets in a systematic and accessible manner.
Ensure all deliverables are of high visual and audio quality and are completed on time and within scope.
Stay informed of current trends, technologies, and best practices in videography and digital media production.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Media Encoder.
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with corporate or branded video content.
Proficient in handling professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
Exceptional attention to detail, creative judgment, and storytelling ability.
Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in motion graphics and animation.
Familiarity with photography and basic photo editing.
Understanding of video distribution strategies across various platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
