Job Description

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Videographer/Editor & Social Media Management join our dynamic team This role is responsible for producing compelling visual content that showcases properties, agents, and lifestyle branding, capturing high-quality video and photo content, editing engaging short- and long-form videos, and managing our social media presence to generate leads and elevate our real estate brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce and edit high-quality real estate content, including property tours, listing videos, and agent branding materials. Capture professional photos and videos for marketing purposes. Edit and format video content for social media platforms, incorporating captions, graphics, music, and branding elements. Schedule and publish social media content in accordance with direction. Support marketing campaigns and listing promotions with creative content. Ensure all content adheres to real estate advertising regulations and maintains consistency with brand guidelines and creative direction.
Requirements:

Proficiency in video/photo editing softwares (Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.) or similar tools (Canva, CapCut, Figma, etc.). Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and audio recording techniques. Creative mindset with keen attention to detail and a passion for design. Excellent visual storytelling skills with an understanding of marketing and audience engagement.
Pay: To be discussed upon interview

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
