Job Description
:
Capture high-quality video footage of residential and commercial properties for marketing and promotional use. Create dynamic video tours, drone shots, and interior/exterior property walkthroughs. Ensure all video footage is consistent with the company's branding, vision, and quality standards. Edit and produce engaging videos using industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). Enhance footage with appropriate colour grading, transitions, sound design, and motion graphics where necessary. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand content needs and ensure video content aligns with marketing strategies. Suggest and implement innovative ideas for video content that will resonate with potential buyers, investors, and clients. Operate and maintain a variety of videography equipment including cameras, drones, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment. Produce short-form videos and teasers for use on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in film production, Media Arts, Communication, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Relevant certifications or technical training in videography, photography, or video editing are a plus. Minimum 2-3 years of professional videography experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
