Job Overview

We're looking for a creative and technically skilled

Videographer / Video Editor

to join our content team. This role is perfect for someone who has moved beyond the beginner stage and can confidently execute video, motion, and design tasks while continuing to grow. You'll work across the full content pipeline -- from planning and shooting to editing and publishing -- producing high-quality content for social media, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
You should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple tasks, and iterating quickly based on feedback.

Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media, campaigns, and digital ads. Operate professional camera equipment as well as mobile devices depending on project needs. Set up and manage lighting for studio and on-location shoots. Edit video content using

Adobe Premiere Pro

, integrating motion graphics via

After Effects

. Create

basic to intermediate motion graphics

including text animations, transitions, lower thirds, simple compositing, and brand elements. Design, adapt, and prepare visual assets using

Photoshop and Illustrator

for video, motion and still use. Produce quick-turnaround edits using tools like

CapCut

. Handle post-production tasks including sound design, basic color correction, grading support, and multi-format exports. Follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all content. Stay updated on content trends, platform formats, and AI-assisted creative workflows.

Core Skill Requirements

Motion Design (Entry level Required):

Solid foundational motion design skills are required. The candidate should confidently create clean, functional motion graphics that enhance storytelling and brand clarity.

After Effects (Entry level Required):

Entry-to-mid level proficiency in

Adobe After Effects

is required. Candidates should be comfortable working independently with keyframing, pre-compositions, basic expressions, and integrating After Effects projects with Premiere Pro timelines.

Graphic Design Fundamentals (Required):

Strong understanding of graphic design principles, including layout, hierarchy, typography, spacing, and color.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is required

to create, modify, and prepare design assets for video, motion and still applications.

Experience & Qualifications

3-5 years

of professional experience in videography, video editing, or content creation (agency, in-house, or freelance). A strong

portfolio

showcasing video editing, motion graphics, and design-supported content. Strong creative judgment and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision. Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly.

Equipment Requirements

Company-Provided

MacBook for video editing and motion work. Required software and apps. Basic continuous lighting setup. Basic audio gear (lav or shotgun mic). iPhone 15 Pro Max for content capture.

Candidate-Owned (Mandatory)

Mirrorless camera (APSC or Full Frame). Lenses suitable for video production. Stabilization gear (tripod, gimbal, etc.).

Hardware Knowledge

Cameras: Experience with mirrorless camera systems. Audio: Working knowledge of lav microphones, shotgun microphones, and basic audio recording.

Lighting: Practical understanding of continuous LED lighting and modifiers.Stabilization: Experience using tripods and gimbals.

Workstation: Comfortable working on performance-capable systems for HD/4K editing.

Software Knowledge
