About Think Properties

Think Properties is a leading Dubai-based real estate team creating high-impact social media content for luxury properties. We're looking for a creative Videographer & Editor who can create scroll-stopping, trending videos that drive leads.

Join our Dubai team as a Videographer & Video Editor, with video editing as your primary focus (approximately 70% of the role). You will shoot and edit property tours, photoshoots, and lifestyle content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook

What You'll Do:

- Edit videos (80% of time): Create trending real estate content with fast cuts, cinematic transitions, text animations, color grading, and music syncing for Dubai's luxury market

- Shoot on location: Capture property walkthroughs, and photoshoots and video shoots at villas, apartments, and commercial spaces across Dubai

- Create social content: Produce vertical videos with subtitles, thumbnails, and viral effects optimized for local audiences

- Stay current: Adapt trending styles to UAE audiences

What We Need:

- Expert editing skills: 3+ years with Premiere Pro/After Effects/DaVinci Resolve, portfolio of 50+ trending videos (real estate preferred)

- Videography experience: Proficient with cameras (Sony/DJI), gimbal, and lighting

- Social media expertise: Strong understanding of Reels/TikTok and 9:16 format with proven high-view content

- Real estate knowledge: Experience editing property tours and lifestyle reels

Bonus: Motion graphics, Photoshop, CapCut, Arabic subtitles
