Core Responsibilities1. Content Production
Execute planned shoots based on pre-approved shot lists
Capture stable, well-framed footage (handheld, gimbal, drone where applicable)
Follow shoot plans precisely (no improvisation without approval)
Upload all raw footage immediately after shoots
2. Video Editing & Delivery
Deliver technically clean edits:
correct aspect ratios
clean audio
consistent color
no framing or stabilization fixes needed post-review
Prepare content for scheduling and archiving
3. Workflow & Discipline
Follow SOPs without reminders
Communicate
before
delays, changes, or issues
Respect approval windows and revision limits
Never miss deadlines silently
One task = one owner
4. Client & Team Conduct
No unsupervised client communication
No discussion of internal matters with clients
No third-party or personal involvement in client work
Calm, professional behavior at all times
Required Skills & Experience Must-Have
Strong working knowledge of
Adobe Premiere Pro & After effect/Light room
Confident shooting fundamentals (framing, movement, exposure)
Experience with short-form social media content
Comfort working under structure and timelines
Proven reliability in past roles
Driver license & Car
Nice-to-Have
Drone operation experience
Basic motion graphics / VFX
Experience in agency or fast-paced environments
