Videographer

with strong experience in

video editing, storytelling, and team coordination

Salary between 3000 and 5000 DHS monthly, depends on EXPERIENCE AND PROVEN RECORD

You will lead the creative execution of video content across multiple platforms, including short-form, long-form, and podcast formats.

The ideal candidate is a fast learner, understands new businesses and products quickly, and knows how to translate ideas into compelling visual stories.

? Key Responsibilities

Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content Lead & coordinate a team of editors (quality review + feedback) Create storyboards & story structures for content Manage podcast recording sessions (audio + video) Research topics to build compelling narratives Ensure content is on-brand and platform-optimized (Shorts, Reels, YouTube, etc.) Work directly with CEO/content leads to implement new ideas fast

? Required Skills & Experience

Proven track record in

videography + editing

Experience leading and guiding editors Strong storytelling skills Ability to learn concepts, services, and products quickly Experience recording and producing

podcasts

Familiarity with social media formats & trends Strong sense of structure, clarity, and storytelling flow Ability to work independently, with fast execution

? Nice-to-Have

Experience in Real Estate-Business-Tech content Experience with AI-based editing workflows Can manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
