Stability Properties L.L.C. is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage specializing in off-plan and secondary markets. We are looking for a talented Videographer & Editor to join our team and create high-quality bilingual (Arabic & English) video content for property listings, campaigns, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
Capture and edit video content for property listings, campaigns, and social media.
Create bilingual (Arabic & English) video content including subtitles, overlays, and graphics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver engaging content.
Shoot lifestyle videos, interviews, and promotional material.
Add motion graphics, text, sound, and transitions.
Organize and manage video assets for timely delivery.
Keep up to date with content and editing trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Videographer/Editor (real estate experience is a plus).
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar.
Skilled in professional cameras, stabilizers, drones, and lighting.
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Ability to create bilingual video content.
Strong eye for detail, storytelling, and composition.
Knowledge of sound editing, color grading, and motion graphics.
Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Videography/photography experience.
Adobe Creative Suite knowledge (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator).
