Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and produce video content of residential and commercial properties Operate Sony (latest model) video cameras & associated gear (lighting, audio, stabilization) Perform full video editing: color grading, sound, cuts, transitions, motion graphics if needed Generate story ideas / creative direction for property videos & marketing content Ensure all footage is professional, high resolution, visually appealing, and meets brand standards Work closely with marketing team/real-estate agents to deliver content according to schedule Manage all post-production duties (file management, backup, revisions, export formats)

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in

real estate videography

(shooting + editing) Strong skills in video editing software (Adobe Pro, Canva & Capcut ) Competent in using Sony's latest camera model - know the settings very well. Good eye for composition, lighting, framing; ability to produce polished, cinematic content Creative thinker: able to ideate content (walkthroughs, teasers, highlight reels) Ability to work independently and manage time, deadlines, revisions

Preferred Skills & Attributes

Experience with

videography

/ aerial shots is a plus Motion graphics / titles / special effects skills (animation effect) Good communication skills for coordinating shoots, feedback, revisions Reliable, idealistic, detail-oriented, and motivated to produce top-quality work
