We're now hiring a

Videographer / Photographer

to join our marketing and branding team -- someone with

elite editing skills

, a proactive mindset, and a sharp eye for detail and presentation. You'll work directly with the leadership team to help define and elevate the Hydro visual brand.

What You'll Do

Capture high-quality video and photography across events, interviews, office life, offshore projects, and client sites Edit short-form and long-form content for platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and internal use Ensure high standards of visual presentation, consistency, and brand alignment Design and build branded templates, lower thirds, transitions, and intro/outro graphics Take initiative with new content ideas and formats that bring the Hydro story to life Stay updated on visual trends, editing styles, and storytelling techniques across platforms

Build and grow the personal brand of the Group CEO

across video, photo, and social media content

Support the visual identity and content creation for group companies

under the Strada Arc banner Travel as needed to key locations (local and international)

What We're Looking For

Strong portfolio or showreel with high-end, commercial, or branded content Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Lightroom, Photoshop (After Effects a bonus) Skilled in camera operation (DSLR/mirrorless), lighting setups, stabilisation equipment, and audio gear Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, visual tone, and emotional resonance Ability to edit fast and deliver to a high standard under time pressure A self-starter -- confident working independently or with a team Willingness to travel and adapt to dynamic project environments

Nice to Have

Drone license or aerial filming experience Motion graphics or animation skills Experience filming in offshore, energy, or industrial settings Studio/podcast production experience
