Key Responsibilities
Video Production:
Plan, shoot, and produce video content for marketing campaigns, social media, events, and internal use.
Editing:
Edit raw footage into polished videos using professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
Creative Input:
Develop concepts, storyboards, and visual styles to ensure videos meet creative and business goals.
Equipment Handling:
Operate and maintain cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment.
Content Optimization:
Adapt video content for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website, etc.).
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and design teams to align video content with campaigns.
Archiving:
Organize and manage video assets for easy retrieval and reuse.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a
Videographer and Video Editor
(portfolio required).
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Knowledge of lighting, sound, and camera operation.
Strong creative vision with attention to detail and storytelling skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with social media trends and content formats.
Flexibility to work on-site during shoots and occasional extended hours.
Preferred Skills
Motion graphics and animation knowledge.
Basic photography skills.
Color grading and sound design experience.
