Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative

Videographer/Video Editor

to join our marketing team. You'll be responsible for planning, filming, and editing real estate videos that capture the essence of our listings, events, and brand.

Key Responsibilities

Capture high-quality video content of properties, office events, and client testimonials Operate Cameras, gimbals, and other video equipment to create shots Edit raw footage into compelling short-form and long-form videos for social media, Instagram, YouTube, and campaigns Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and music to enhance storytelling Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to conceptualize content ideas Maintain a consistent visual style aligned with AKN Properties' brand identity Manage file organization and video storage efficiently Stay updated on video trends in the real estate and social media industry

Requirements

Proven experience as a videographer and video editor (portfolio required) Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software Knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment Strong storytelling, editing, and pacing skills Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines Creativity, initiative, and a passion for visual content Fluency in English; Arabic is a bonus
