We are looking for a creative and skilled part-time videographer/video editor to produce engaging, caption-based video content for our real estate brand. This role focuses on creating dynamic short-form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook, highlighting property features, virtual tours, and neighborhood highlights. The ideal candidate is experienced in editing quick, attention-grabbing videos with captions and graphics to drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Capture and edit high-quality short-form video content for social media platforms (Reels, Instagram, etc.) featuring real estate listings, tours, and property highlights.
Create engaging, caption-based videos that include property features, walkthroughs, and essential information using clear, concise on-screen text.
Edit videos to be fast-paced and visually compelling, incorporating music, captions, animations, and graphics to enhance engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure videos align with brand voice, style, and marketing goals.
Edit video content for social media, including video length optimization and platform-specific formats.
Manage multiple video projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Stay current on video trends, particularly in short-form content and caption-based formats, to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in videography and video editing (real estate experience is a plus).
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Cap Cut).
Strong understanding of video composition, lighting, and audio.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
A portfolio of previous work, especially real estate-related videos, is required.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
