Job Description
Position Overview: As a Videographer you will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content for our diverse range of events and media projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of compelling visual stories that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience. Key Responsibilities: Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit videos for events, promotional content, social media, and other marketing initiatives using professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment. Creative Conceptualization: Develop innovative concepts and storyboards that effectively communicate the intended message and align with project goals and brand guidelines. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content creation, and event management teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and desired outcomes. Post-Production: Edit and enhance video footage, ensuring high-quality output, and incorporating music, graphics, and effects to create engaging and visually appealing content. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and manage video equipment, ensuring they are in optimal condition for shoots and projects. Deadline Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to project timelines and delivering finished products within set deadlines. Quality Control: Ensure all video content meets the company\'s standards of quality, style, and brand consistency. Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Film, Media Production, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) working as a Videographer or in a similar role, preferably in the media or event management industry.
- Proficiency in videography equipment, editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.), and knowledge of color grading and audio mixing.
- Good knowledge and experience in uploading the videos in social media.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of video projects and storytelling abilities.
- Excellent understanding of video production techniques, composition, lighting, and audio recording.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, communicate ideas, and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Adaptability, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
