Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Videographer to join our social media agency's content team. In this role, you will spearhead video ideation, filming, and editing for a wide range of short-form and long-form content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels. You must be passionate about storytelling, current social trends, and producing scroll-stopping videos that drive engagement and brand growth.
Responsibilities
Content Production:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content tailored for social media platforms.
• Collaborate with creative strategists to develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards.
• Capture a variety of content types including interviews, product videos, behind-the-scenes, lifestyle shoots, and branded campaigns.

Post-Production:

• Edit footage into clear, compelling stories optimized for each platform.
• Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, sound design, and color grading.
• Ensure all videos meet brand guidelines and visual standards.

Creative Collaboration:

• Work closely with the creative, strategy, and account teams to align video content with client objectives.
• Stay up to date on platform trends, editing styles, and viral video formats.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and content planning.

Technical & Operational:

• Manage and maintain video equipment, lighting, and audio gear.
• Organize footage, manage file systems, and ensure efficient workflows.
• Occasionally travel for shoots as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a videographer, preferably within a social media, agency, or content-driven environment.
• Proficiency with cameras (DSLR/mirrorless), lighting, and audio equipment.
• Strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices.
• Ability to work quickly under tight deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Strong visual storytelling skills and a portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics (After Effects or similar).
• Photography skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with influencer content, UGC, and creator-driven formats.
• Comfort both directing talent and being behind the camera.
