Role Overview

The Videographer will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content specifically for real estate properties, including new property launches, site plans, walkthrough videos, project updates, investment overviews, and marketing content for clients. This role requires strong skill in capturing architectural details, layouts, and property highlights that support sales, marketing, and investor presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Shoot professional real estate videos including property walkthroughs, interiors, exteriors, amenities, and community highlights.

Capture new property project plans, site visits, construction progress, and architectural layouts.

Create visually appealing videos for property listings, digital marketing campaigns, and corporate presentations.

Work closely with sales and property advisors to understand the key selling points of each property and highlight them effectively in video.

Edit and produce high-quality short-form and long-form videos optimized for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp marketing, and website usage.

Maintain and manage all video equipment, lighting gear, and storage drives.

Deliver all content aligned with Eagle Wings' branding, tone, and marketing guidelines.

Create promotional material for property tours, events, and investment showcases.

Ensure fast turnaround for urgent marketing requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in real estate videography, architectural videography, or property marketing (portfolio required).

Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and angles for interior/exterior shooting.

Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.

Understanding of social media trends, transitions, and high-engagement real estate content styles.

Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and ability to work independently.

Ability to handle multiple projects with quick turnarounds.

Familiarity with creating floor plan visuals, CGI animations, or architectural overlays (optional bonus skill).

Knowledge of UAE property presentation standards (a plus).
