At Digital Hope Agency, we're a fast-growing media company in Dubai specializing in content creation, podcast production, and digital marketing, we're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented videographer based in Dubai who can confidently operate professional equipment and ensure smooth studio operations.

If you're passionate about filming, understand the ins and outs of production gear, and love bringing ideas to life through video, this role is made for you. You'll be a part of a collaborative team where your creativity and efficiency will help shape standout content for studio and in-person shoots.

Key Responsibilities:

Must be currently based in Dubai and fluent in English

(spoken and written), with at least 1 year of local work or lifestyle experience, and familiar with local shoot logistics in Dubai.

Skilled in operating professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.

Has knowledge in podcast studio setups

and managing production logistics.

Ability to work independently

, with an eye for detail and organization.

Friendly and comfortable interacting with clients

during shoots.

Basic video editing skills are a plus

but not a requirement.

Key Requirements:

Filming

: Set up and operate professional cameras, lights, and audio equipment for in-studio and on-site shoots.

Studio Operations

: Ensure podcast studio setups are production-ready and equipment is functioning properly.

On-Site Shoots

: Coordinate and film client shoots outside the studio when needed.

Client Interaction

: Provide smooth and professional experience for clients during filming days.

File Management

: Organize and upload footage to ensure smooth handoff to the editing team.

Team Collaboration

: Work closely with the creative team to ensure shoots align with client expectations.

Maintain studio cleanliness and gear organization

for optimal shoot readiness.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:

AED 4,000 - AED 8,000 per month

,based on experience.

Performance-based increase after 3 months

for high-performing candidates.

Visa & Medical Insurance:

Sponsorship and insurance may be provided after successful completion of the probation period, based on performance and long-term fit.
