We are looking for an energetic photographer/videographer with a skilled eye in photography and videography to join our team. You would be responsible for shooting PROPERTIES for real estate and commercial spaces in Dubai. We are looking for an organized, fast learner and a positive person! We need a great communicator who can find creative solutions while being polite, polished, and professional. You will:

• Arrive to scheduled shoots prepared and on time
• Review appointment details beforehand to ensure correct services are performed and all specified requests are met
• Shoot correct coverage based on the requirements
• Maintain professional and friendly composure when working with customers
• Upload RAW files directly after last shoot daily and communicate all necessary comments to assigned editor or personnel.
• Be open to constructive criticism from our editing team and admin team
• Create photo and video Real Estate Properties;
• Create corporate photos for agents and for corporate events.
• Edit videos and photos for web content with navigation structures and text / graphics overlays (watermarks)
• Archive photographic images and maintain databases;
• Maintain a flexible schedule and attend multiple shoots per day or week in order to meet the needs of our clients
• Maintain an in depth understanding of photographic best practices and procedures;
• Help sellers / agents stage the properties to achieve the best visual results;

Requirements:

• Preferably 2 year Real Estate Photography Experience;
• Have a strong work ethic;
• Be available for multiple shoots a week including weekends;
• The ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines;
• Have a passion for real estate photography;
• A reliable and adequately insured vehicle with a valid driver's license;
• A keen eye for detail;
• Punctuality (extremely important)
• Fantastic customer service skills;
• Excellent communication abilities;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Willing to join immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Real Estate: 2 years (Preferred)
