This role is not about supporting a corporate brand - it's about co-creating and scaling a

powerful personal brand

through high-impact video content.

We're building a content engine across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and podcast platforms - with a strong focus on short-form, viral storytelling for entrepreneurs, digital product creators, and business enthusiasts.

Your Responsibilities

Record high-quality videos (studio shoots, outdoor content, social snippets, podcast clips) Take professional brand photos (portraits, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes) Edit and deliver clean, impactful videos with text overlays, transitions, and effects Use our in-house equipment (Sony Alpha A7 III, GMaster lenses, DJI RS Gimbal, etc.) Be available for scheduled shoots in Dubai; video editing can be done remotely
What We Offer

Starting compensation:

AED 2,000/month on a freelance basis

Scalable upside:

As the personal brand grows and digital products generate revenue, your compensation can

grow up to AED 10,000-15,000/month

Revenue shares and bonuses are

performance-based and discretionary

Your Profile

Proven experience in videography and photography (portfolio required) Practical skills in

CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere

or similar tools Strong sense for visual storytelling and editing for platforms like Reels, Shorts, TikTok Reliable, organized, and quality-driven Based in Dubai or flexible for in-person shoots when scheduled
