JOB DESCRIPTION:

BCV is looking for a full-time photographer and videographer to join our team in creating top-tier social media content for the world\'s leading hotels and resorts. Our ideal candidate will love to travel with great frequency, as scheduled photo and video shoots will take place all over the APMEA region, from island resorts to luxury city hotels and everywhere in between. An eye for crisp, compelling travel photography and videography is a must-as is a keen business sense and strong organizational abilities.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute photo assignments through hands-on production, from shooting to editing
• Plan and execute video concepts through hands-on production, from filming to editing
• Develop shot lists and manage pre-shoot prep, including setting creative vision and mood board creation

• Producing quality content at scale in each unique brand voice and style

• Possess an understanding of social media content strategy and production

• Be nimble and adaptable to changes while capturing footage on site

• Participate in client calls and development of strategy
• Develop new materials and leads internal photo training sessions for BCV staff
• Assist in all daily photo-related operations, including post-processing and file management

• Must be able to handle rigors of travel and physicality of fast, demanding on-site shoots
• Must have strong communication skills - verbal, written, and presentation
• Must be organized, deadline-driven, and have strong time management skills
• Must be detail-oriented and know how to solve a problems

• Ability to travel with great frequency (2-3 trips / month)

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum four-year college degree preferably in Film/TV, Video, Photo, Communications or Journalism

• 3-5 years of professional photography and videography experience - agency, in-house, or freelance
• Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite and editing/retouching processes in Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere & After Effects

• Proficiency in branding, social, online marketing, and media concepts
• Experience flying drones and/or producing VR/360 content is preferred, but not required.
