A1 Properties is a premier real estate firm based in Dubai with over 18 years of expertise specializing in the luxury property market. We are expanding our in-house marketing team and looking for a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Videographer & Photographer to produce high-quality visual content that elevates our property listings and strengthens our brand presence across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Photography

Capture high-resolution interior and exterior images of luxury residential and commercial properties using DSLR or mirrorless cameras. Apply expert composition, staging, and lighting techniques to create inviting, spacious visuals. Edit photos for color balance, exposure, perspective correction, and retouching using Lightroom and Photoshop. Deliver optimized files suitable for both web and print media.

Videography

Film cinematic property walkthroughs, lifestyle b-roll, agent interviews, and promotional segments. Use gimbals, sliders, and stabilizers to achieve smooth, professional shots. Capture high-quality audio when required. Edit videos into multiple formats including full property tours, teasers, and short-form content for social media platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).

Drone Operation (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

Operate drones to capture stunning aerial shots of properties and surrounding environments.

Editing Skills

Expert proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for smooth transitions, motion graphics, and color grading. Strong skills in photo editing using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, including advanced color correction, retouching, and image optimization. Ability to create engaging and visually compelling content tailored for web, print, and social media platforms. Maintain an efficient editing workflow ensuring fast turnaround without compromising quality.

Collaboration & Workflow

Work closely with real estate agents and marketing teams to understand creative direction and marketing goals. Plan and execute photo/video shoots efficiently, managing time to meet deadlines while maintaining brand standards. Maintain photography and videography equipment in optimal condition. Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and technology advancements in real estate visual marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in real estate photography and videography. UAE driving license preferred. Strong understanding of camera settings (aperture, shutter speed, ISO, white balance). Mastery of composition, framing, lighting, and post-production editing. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Strong skills in color correction, grading, and image retouching. Ability to shoot effectively in challenging lighting conditions and small spaces. Efficient file management, backup workflow, and timely delivery of high-quality edits. Ability to produce content optimized for both web and social media channels.

Bonus Skills:

Experience creating motion graphics and animated text overlays (After Effects). Ability to direct on-camera talent professionally. Knowledge of real estate marketing trends and content strategies.
