VSERVE REAL ESTATE LLC is currently seeking a talented and creative Photographer / Videographer to join our team. As a Photographer/ Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos of properties to showcase their unique features and attract potential buyers.

- Plan and execute photoshoots and video shoots of properties.
- Ensure high quality images and videos that highlight the property\'s best features.
- Edit and retouch photos/videos as needed.
- Coordinate with real estate agents and clients to schedule shoots.
- Stay up-to-date with current photography/ videography technique and trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to create engaging visuals for property listings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a photographer/videographer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in real estate photography/videography.
- Proficiency in editing software.
- Knowledge in different photography and videography techniques and equipment.
- Attention to details and ability to capture the essence of a property
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Flexible and ability to travel to different locations.
