Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Video Production & Editing:

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for

medical brands

. Create a variety of content, including

patient testimonials, educational videos, promotional ads, before-and-after showcases, and social media clips

. Ensure professional lighting, sound, and composition for all video projects. Edit footage using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and text overlays to enhance storytelling.

2. Pre-Production & Creative Development:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts aligned with client branding and campaign goals. Scriptwriting and storyboarding for medical/dental-related content. Coordinate with clients (dentists, doctors, clinics) to schedule shoots and obtain necessary approvals.

3. Post-Production & Optimization:

Color grading, sound mixing, and finalizing videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, websites). Optimize videos for SEO and engagement (captions, thumbnails, metadata). Ensure compliance with medical advertising regulations (HIPAA, FDA guidelines where applicable).

4. Equipment & Technical Management:

Operate and maintain video equipment (cameras, drones, gimbals, microphones, and lighting). Stay updated on industry trends, new filming techniques, and editing software.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience

as a videographer, preferably in

medical, dental, or cosmetic marketing

. Strong portfolio demonstrating

professional video production and editing skills

. Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)

or similar tools. Knowledge of

medical terminology

(preferred but not required). Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset. Experience with

interview-style shoots, B-roll capture, and product videography
