Position Overview

We are looking for a multitalented creative -- someone who lives and breathes visuals, trends, and storytelling -- to join us as our Videographer / Editor and Marketing & Social Media Specialist.

You will capture the essence of our brand, document our projects, and transform them into visually captivating content for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Videography & Editing

Capture high-quality photo and video content across project sites, events, and behind-the-scenes moments. Edit videos for reels, YouTube, TikTok, and client presentations -- maintaining a refined, cinematic, and brand-consistent style. Manage all stages of video production: planning, filming, lighting, sound, editing, and delivery. Work closely with Halima Messeguem (Founder) to translate creative ideas into visual narratives that connect with our audience.
Marketing & Social Media

Plan, schedule, and manage social media content calendars for BLOOM & Beyond Design. Create and post engaging captions, reels, and carousels aligned with the brand voice. Track analytics and engagement to optimize growth and visibility. Research trends and produce creative ideas for campaigns, launches, and storytelling series. Support in managing ads, collaborations, and influencer marketing when required.

Requirements

Proven experience in videography, photography, and editing (portfolio required). Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar tools. Excellent understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn). A strong creative eye for composition, lighting, storytelling, and aesthetics. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). Must be based in Dubai and able to travel between project locations. Passion for design, architecture, and luxury brands is a big advantage.
