We're looking for a dynamic Photographer / Videographer / Editor to create compelling visual content that strengthens our brand presence across digital and offline channels.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on, creative role for a visual storyteller with strong skills in photography, videography, and post-production editing. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing, producing, and editing high-quality visual assets for use in marketing campaigns, social media, events, corporate communications, and property showcases.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute photo and video shoots for properties, construction progress, corporate events, lifestyle content, and brand campaigns.

Capture high-resolution images and dynamic videos with a strong eye for composition, lighting, and brand aesthetics.

Edit videos and photos for various formats--social media, website, print, and digital advertising--with consistent quality and visual identity.

Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to brainstorm creative concepts and align visual outputs with strategic goals.

Manage production schedules, locations, and logistics for shoots.

Organize and archive photo and video libraries for easy retrieval and future use.

Optimize visual content for each platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and track performance when applicable.

Stay updated on trends in photography, videography, editing techniques, and real estate marketing.

Requirements

2-4 years of professional experience in photography, videography, and editing--preferably in real estate, architecture, luxury, or lifestyle industries.

Strong portfolio that demonstrates both photo and video work, including commercial or branded content.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects).

Experience using professional DSLR/mirrorless cameras, drones, lighting, and audio equipment.

Knowledge of color correction, retouching, sound design, and motion graphics is a plus.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on tight deadlines.

Willingness to travel for location-based shoots within Dubai and occasionally beyond.

Preferred Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Media Production, Film, Photography, Multimedia, or similar.

Drone license or certification is an advantage.

Understanding of content strategy for real estate, design, and luxury branding.
