Property Solvers is looking for a

talented Videographer

&

Photographer to join our growing real estate team. This role is perfect for someone with creative video editing, and passionate about showcasing premium properties through visuals that inspire buyers.

Responsibilities

Shoot professional property photos & videos (interior, exterior, lifestyle, and drone). Produce engaging content for listings, social media, and marketing campaigns. Edit and retouch images/videos to industry standards. Work closely with the sales & marketing team to align on project requirements. Ensure timely delivery of content.

Requirements

Video Editing: Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro is preferred, but expertise in Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve is also acceptable. This is essential for fast-paced, professional video production and turning around daily content. Photo Editing: Expert proficiency in Adobe Lightroom Classic. This is used for fast batch processing, color correction, and foundational enhancements of real estate photography. Photo Retouching: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop. This is necessary for detailed work like exposure blending (HDR/Flambient techniques), object removal, and minor compositing, which are common requirements in high-end real estate visuals. Color Grading: Proven ability to apply professional, clean, and consistent color grading within their chosen editing software to maintain brand consistency across all video and photo assets. Audio Mixing: Skill in cleaning up audio tracks, removing background noise, mixing voice tracks with music, and setting professional volume levels for clear, broadcast-quality sound.
