Job Description

We are seeking a talented and proactive videographer to join our real estate media team. The role involves filming dynamic short-form content around Dubai and in-office, tailored for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You'll work closely with our agents to produce engaging personal-brand and property-focused videos.

Responsibilities:



? Film short-form content (vertical format) for 5 agents.

? 5 x videos per agent per week.

? Each video 15-30s in length

? Schedule and coordinate filming sessions -- approx. 2 hours per agent per week (10 hours total).

? Provide creative direction and on-set feedback to improve agents' presentation, tone, and delivery.

? Capture high-quality audio and video using professional camera and mic setup.

? Travel across Dubai for various filming locations (petrol may be expensed).

? Maintain consistent visual and stylistic standards aligned with our brand identity.

? Editing is not required -- footage will be handed over post-shoot.

Requirements:



? Prefrered Philippines

? Professional-grade camera and audio equipment.

? Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.

? Proven experience filming short-form content for social media.

? Strong communication and directing skills.

? Organized and reliable, with the ability to manage a weekly filming schedule.

Compensation:



? AED 3,500 monthly retainer.

? Petrol expenses reimbursed for travel related to filming.

? Twice in a week for 5 hours each day
