Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operate gimbals to capture smooth, cinematic video footage Film and structure video clips into well-organized sequences Perform professional color grading aligned with project aesthetics Conduct on-location photography sessions as needed Execute high-quality photo retouching and editing Set up and manage lighting for both video and photography shoots Review and refine scripts prior to filming (when applicable) Coordinate and manage shoot schedules (minimum 4-5 shoots per week) Oversee and manage freelance videographers and photographers when required Organize and back up raw files and final outputs in a systematic manner Ensure consistent file naming conventions and folder structures across projects Upload footage and assets to Google Drive/shared folders in a timely manner

Software Proficiency:

Adobe Premiere Pro DaVinci Resolve CapCut

Equipment Handling:

Operate professional cameras and gimbals Set up and monitor audio equipment Manage lighting kits and adapt setups according to shoot requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in videography and photography Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work Excellent organizational and file management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Strong communication and team coordination abilities
