Key Responsibilities:
Create 2-4 high-quality real estate videos per week tailored for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
Film, edit, and deliver engaging content showcasing properties, company events, and team culture.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop creative video concepts that align with brand goals.
Stay updated with trends in social media and video marketing to ensure the content remains fresh and innovative.
Manage video production, including pre-production planning, on-site filming, and post-production editing.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role, preferably in real estate or social media marketing.
Proficiency in video editing software
Strong understanding of social media platforms and video content trends.
Excellent storytelling skills and a creative eye for detail.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Based in Dubai and available to work full-time.
Experience with real estate or architectural videography is a plus.
