Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Videographer to create high-quality, engaging video content that showcases our exceptional properties, captures the essence of luxury living, and drives client engagement and leads. The Videographer will be responsible for all aspects of video production, from concept development and filming to editing and final delivery, ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
Conceptualization and Storyboarding:
Collaborate with the marketing team and stakeholders to understand project objectives and develop creative video concepts and storyboards that effectively highlight property features, lifestyle aspects, and company branding.
On-Location Filming:
Plan and execute on-location video shoots of properties (interior and exterior), surrounding areas, and potentially client testimonials or team interviews, ensuring optimal lighting, sound, and composition.
Equipment Management:
Maintain and operate professional video and audio equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, stabilizers, and drones (if applicable and licensed). Ensure all equipment is in excellent working order.
Video Editing and Post-Production:
Professionally edit raw footage to create compelling and visually appealing videos, incorporating graphics, text overlays, music, sound effects, and color correction to enhance the final product.
Motion Graphics and Animation (Optional but advantageous):
Create basic to intermediate motion graphics and animations to enhance video content and brand messaging.
Version Control and Optimization:
Create different video formats and aspect ratios optimized for various online platforms (website, social media, email marketing) and ensure timely delivery of final assets.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure all video content aligns with the company's brand guidelines, visual identity, and overall marketing strategy.
Project Management:
Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budgets.
Collaboration:
Work closely within the marketing team, sales agents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of video content into marketing campaigns.
Staying Updated:
Keep abreast of the latest video production techniques, software updates, and industry trends to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of video content.
Archiving and Organization:
Maintain an organized library of video footage and project files.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Videographer, preferably within the real estate or related industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality video content.
Proficiency in professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Solid understanding of cinematography principles, including composition, lighting, and sound recording.
Experience with various camera systems and video equipment.
Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and optimization for different platforms.
Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
Excellent visual storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
