The Videographer will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that showcases our properties, highlights our brand, and engages our target audience. This includes everything from concept development and filming to editing and distribution across various digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
Concept Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative video concepts that align with our marketing strategy and brand message. Think property tours, client testimonials, neighborhood spotlights, and even behind-the-scenes glimpses of Premier Properties.
Filming: Capture stunning footage of our properties, ensuring proper lighting, sound, and composition. You'll be working in some of the most beautiful locations in the UAE!
Editing: Edit raw footage into polished and engaging videos, adding music, graphics, and other visual elements as needed. We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and a talent for storytelling.
Storytelling: Craft compelling visual narratives that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
Social Media Adaptation: Create video content optimized for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Equipment Management: Operate and maintain video, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure high-quality output.
Staying Up-to-Date: Keep up-to-date with the latest video trends, technologies, and editing techniques. The video world is constantly evolving, so we need someone who's eager to learn and grow.
Compliance: Ensure all video content adheres to RERA and DLD regulations and guidelines. We play by the rules!
Qualifications:
Proven Minimum 3 Years experience as a Videographer, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, etc.).
Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and composition.
Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
A passion for real estate and the UAE market.
Portfolio showcasing previous video work.
