The Role
The videographer will be responsible for creating high-quality video content for a real estate company in Dubai. They will be responsible for capturing and editing footage of properties, events, and interviews to showcase the company\'s brand and properties. Responsibilities: - Plan, shoot, and edit videos to showcase the company\'s properties and events - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts and storyboards for videos - Set up and operate equipment including cameras, lighting, and audio recording devices - Ensure all footage is of high quality and meets the company\'s standards - Edit footage to produce polished and professional videos - Manage video production schedules and meet deadlines - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to improve video quality and effectiveness - Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop new video ideas - Collaborate with other team members, such as graphic designers and copywriters, to create cohesive and engaging videos - Travel to different properties and locations for video shoots as needed - Maintain and organize video equipment and files - Ensure all videos are in line with the company\'s brand and messaging - Assist in the development of video marketing strategies - Other duties as assigned by the marketing team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a videographer, preferably in the real estate industry- Proficient in using video editing software such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar - Strong portfolio showcasing previous video projects - Knowledge of camera equipment and lighting techniques - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and time management skills - Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines - Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box - Willingness to travel for video shoots
