Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and hands-on

Videographer & Editor

with strong

real estate experience

to produce high-quality visual content across digital platforms. The role involves videography, photography, post-production, and the use of modern editing tools and AI technologies to create engaging, performance-driven content.

Key Responsibilities

Capture high-quality videos and photographs of real estate projects, properties, events, and marketing campaigns Edit videos and images for social media, websites, digital ads, and internal use Create short-form and long-form content suitable for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms Use modern editing tools and AI-based technologies to enhance visuals, automate workflows, and improve content quality Work closely with marketing and management to understand creative requirements and timelines Ensure brand consistency across all visual content Manage and organize raw footage, edited files, and digital assets Stay updated with current trends in real estate marketing, video formats, and content styles Handle any

other tasks assigned by management

related to visual content and media production

Requirements

Proven experience as a

Videographer & Editor

in the

real estate industry

(mandatory) Strong skills in photography, videography, and post-production Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar Experience using

AI tools

for video editing, image enhancement, content creation, or automation is a strong plus Good understanding of social media content formats and performance-driven visuals Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred

Experience creating content for property launches, walkthroughs, drone shots, and lifestyle visuals Familiarity with performance marketing content
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
