Videographer & Content Creator -EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE

Key Responsibilities:

Video Production & Editing:

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for property listings, promotional campaigns, social media, events, and corporate branding.

Create cinematic property walkthroughs, lifestyle videos, and agent promotional content.

Maintain consistent brand style, tone, and messaging in all visual content.

Content Creation & Strategy:

Develop creative concepts and storyboards that align with marketing objectives.

Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging content for various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Capture high-resolution photos for property listings, events, and promotional materials.

Equipment & Technical Expertise:

Operate and maintain professional video, photography, lighting, and audio equipment.

Stay updated with the latest videography, editing, and social media trends to keep content fresh and engaging.

Collaboration & Campaign Support:

Work closely with agents, marketing executives, and management to ensure timely delivery of content.

Support live events, open houses, and other promotional activities with on-site videography and photography.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, or Content Creator, preferably in the real estate or luxury sector.

Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar).

Strong photography skills and experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, drones, and gimbals.

Creative mindset with an eye for detail, composition, and storytelling.

Ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects.

Strong understanding of social media trends and platform-specific content requirements.

Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
