Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer & Photographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content, editing footage, and producing engaging visual narratives that align with our brand's vision and objectives.

Videographer Responsibilities

Pre-Production Planning

Understand client or project brief. Scout locations, plan shooting schedules. Prepare scripts or storyboards if required.

Equipment Setup & Operation

Operate video cameras, drones, stabilizers, lighting, and audio equipment. Ensure technical settings like frame rate, exposure, focus, and sound quality are optimized.

Filming

Capture high-quality video footage in various settings (events, commercials, documentaries, etc.). Direct on-camera talent if necessary.

Post-Production

Edit raw footage using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Add music, sound effects, voice-overs, color grading, and visual effects. Export videos in suitable formats for platforms like YouTube, social media, or broadcast.

Collaboration & Communication

Work with directors, clients, or marketing teams to align video output with goals. Meet deadlines and revise work based on feedback.

Photographer Responsibilities

Concept & Planning

Meet with clients to determine the style, theme, or purpose of the photoshoot. Plan lighting, props, location, and timing.

Shooting

Set up and operate cameras, lenses, lights, and other photography equipment. Capture high-quality, well-composed photographs in various environments (studio, outdoors, events).

Image Editing & Post-Processing

Edit and retouch images using software like Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom. Adjust exposure, contrast, sharpness, remove blemishes, and correct color.

File Management

Organize and store digital files systematically. Deliver final images in desired formats (print, web, high-res digital).

Client Interaction & Sales (in freelance roles)

Manage contracts, pricing, and print sales. Provide creative direction and guidance during shoots.
