We are seeking a versatile Videographer and Graphic Designer to support our sales and marketing efforts for real estate listings. This role covers the full production cycle - from on-site property shoots to polished edits and marketing collateral - and demands strong creative abilities combined with technical expertise and attention to brand standards.
Role Overview:
You will lead media production for property marketing: photographing and filming interiors and exteriors, producing walkthrough videos and promotional clips, and designing visual assets that drive engagement across digital and print channels.
Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot high-quality videos and photographs of properties, including interiors, exteriors, and lifestyle scenes.
• Produce property walkthroughs, edit drone footage if certified, and create engaging promotional reels.
• Edit footage and photos for social media, websites, and property portals, ensuring professional post-production standards.
• Design marketing materials such as brochures, presentation decks, and social media graphics.
• Keep media assets well-organized and ensure all content follows the company's brand guidelines.
• Coordinate closely with sales and marketing teams to deliver campaign-ready content on schedule.

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a videographer/photographer/editor; experience in real estate or architectural work is preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, or comparable tools.
• Strong portfolio of property or architecture projects (portfolio link required when applying).
• Good understanding of lighting, composition, and post-production workflows.
• Driving license preferred to travel to shoot locations.
• Based in the UAE and available to join immediately.

• Salary AED 5,000 - 8,000 (depending on experience).
• Visa, medical insurance, and annual leave in accordance with UAE law.
• Professional workspace in Business Bay, Dubai.
• Necessary equipment provided, or an allowance if you use your own gear.
