We're looking for a creative and versatile

Video Editor/ Videographer & Content Creator

to join our growing real estate team. In this role, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality video content--from property tours to social media reels--and creating engaging visual content that drives brand awareness and audience engagement.

The ideal candidate has strong videography and editing skills, a flair for storytelling, and a passion for creating impactful content across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

Film and edit property tours, promotional videos, and client testimonials Create short-form content for social media platforms (Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc.) Develop and execute content ideas to support marketing campaigns and brand growth Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and schedule content Maintain consistency with brand voice, style, and visual identity Stay up-to-date with trends in real estate marketing and digital content

Qualifications:

Proven experience in videography, video editing, and content creation Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.) Skilled in using camera equipment, lighting, and audio tools Creative thinker with a strong sense of visual storytelling Experience with real estate or lifestyle content is a plus
