Collaborating with marketing and sales team.
Developing a plan to accomplish those goals through film, animation and editing.
Planning, filming, editing, and content ideas.
Manipulating and editing film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience.
Trimming footage segments and putting together the sequence of the video/podcast.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
Strong portfolio showcasing real estate-related video and photo content.
Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
Knowledge of social media trends and platforms, particularly in the real estate sector.
