About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Videographer

to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling and can manage the full video production process--from shooting to editing, motion graphics, and animation. Experience with AI-powered creative tools is a strong advantage.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, lifestyle-driven cafe environment and creating engaging content for social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Shoot high-quality lifestyle and food videos in a cafe environment Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) Create motion graphics and animations for menus, promotions, and brand storytelling Capture behind-the-scenes moments, team culture, and customer experiences Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate ideas into engaging visual content Optimize videos for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency Stay updated on social media trends, video formats, and emerging AI tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in videography and video editing (food, lifestyle, or hospitality experience is a plus) Strong understanding of motion graphics and animation Good eye for lighting, composition, and storytelling in real-world environments Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, live cafe setting Creative, detail-oriented, and trend-aware

Required Software & Tools

Adobe Premiere Pro - Video editing Adobe After Effects - Motion graphics & animation Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator - Thumbnails, overlays, and visual assets DaVinci Resolve - Color grading (preferred)

AI Tools (Nice to Have)

Experience with tools such as Runway, Adobe Firefly, Pika, Cap Cut AI, or similar Familiarity with AI-assisted editing, transitions, captions, or content enhancement
