The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality video content for various projects, including commercials, documentaries, short films, promotional videos, and more. The Videographer/Filmmaker will work closely with our creative team to conceptualize, storyboard, shoot, and edit video footage to deliver engaging and impactful visual storytelling. *Responsibilities:* - Collaborate with clients, directors, and other team members to understand project objectives, creative vision, and production requirements. - Provide creative ideas for campaigns, plan and execute video shoots, including camera setup, lighting, audio recording, and directing talent or subjects to achieve desired shots and performances. - Operate professional video equipment, such as cameras, lenses, tripods, stabilizers, drones, and audio recording devices, to capture high-quality footage in various environments and conditions. - Edit video footage using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to create compelling visual narratives, incorporating music, sound effects, graphics, and special effects as needed. - Ensure consistency and quality control throughout the production process, from pre-production planning to post-production editing and delivery. - Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and creative techniques to continually enhance video production skills and capabilities. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables. *Requirements:* - Bachelor\'s degree in Film Production, Cinematography, Media Studies, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Proven experience as a Videographer, Filmmaker, or Cinematographer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in shooting and editing video content across various genres and formats. - Proficiency in video production equipment and software, including DSLR/mirrorless cameras, cinema cameras, lighting kits, audio recording devices, and non-linear editing systems. - Creative storytelling skills and a keen eye for composition, lighting, and visual aesthetics. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and take direction from clients and project stakeholders. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Passion for filmmaking, creativity, and storytelling, with a commitment to producing high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations.
